Must-have
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience in Food & Beverage department head
Knowledge of Micros and Opera systems
Food safety standards knowledge
Cash handling and reconciliation procedures
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays

Experience in luxury hotel environment
