The Community Director is responsible for establishing positive residential communities that embody the mission of Pro Humanitate through experiential learning and community service.
This full-time, twelve-month live-in position requires direct supervision of 15 to 26 Resident Advisers and serves as a primary point of contact for over 400 undergraduate students.
The role involves managing comprehensive residence life programs, adjudicating housing cases, and coordinating with campus partners to ensure student safety and well-being.
