Job Summary

  • The Oncology Business Manager (OBM) will be responsible for driving sales of BeOne’s Oncology product(s), meeting territory business targets and establishing recognition of BeOne in the Oncology market.
  • The OBM will provide HCPs with information that will enable them to use and prescribe BeOne’s oncology product(s) and will be accountable for achieving territory-specific business and sales goals, moving customers along the adoption ladder and driving market share growth.
  • BeOne offers a market competitive compensation package including performance-based annual bonus scheme, company shares, and in-house and external learning and development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ideally Oncology experience
  • Proven peer relationships with and exposure to external clinical experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
  • Key account management experience
  • Highly skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate it clearly and concisely to HCP
  • Must be willing to travel over a relatively large geography
