Salary

Base: $29.00 per hour for direct therapy; $33.00 per hour for supervision duties; Bonus/Equity: $2000 sign-on bonus; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental and life insurance, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, 401k and EAP

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS required)
  • RBT certification or applicable state ABA license
  • Enrollment in BACB-verified course sequence
  • 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR two years of experience designing/implementing behavior intervention services
  • Minimum 2 years working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm
  • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check
