Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HRBP experience
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership role
  • Fluency of English and local language
  • Proven track record in multi-functional capacities
  • Project management and change management knowledge
  • Experience in working in Metrix organization
  • HR Process and project management experience
  • Experience in working across functional/business lines
  • Industrial Relations and workplace relations knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR and safety related regulations
