Must-have

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Epic or other cloud-based EHR systems experience desired

Nice-to-have

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Prior customer service work experience in contact center
  • Medical office or health care relevant experience
  • Exceptional strong customer service background
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively

Key Requirements

  • Open to all shifts including 8a-4:30p and 9a-5:30pm
