Must-have
5+ years digital product design experience
Advanced Figma proficiency for prototyping
Mobile and web application design expertise
User research synthesis and validation skills
Agile environment collaboration experience

Design system contribution or management experience
Usability testing facilitation and result synthesis
HTML/CSS basic understanding
Workshop facilitation capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
