The Sourcing Specialist will drive local sourcing activities in India and APAC for key direct materials, managing the end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) process and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in direct materials sourcing, ERP systems, and S2C/SRM tools.

Key Requirements
8-10 years of experience in sourcing direct materials
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, commerce, or related field
Professional certificate in Supply Chain preferred
Experience with India and China based suppliers
Understanding of import duty structures and trade compliance
Experience in NPD and product localizations
Proficiency with MS 365, Excel, Power BI
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
