Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate skills in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
  • Experience with Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S
  • At least 50% travel required
  • Intermediate understanding of slotting, utilization, labor planning, layouts, and metrics
