Job Summary
As the Head of Capital Projects and Sustainability, you are accountable for delivering the capital investment portfolio across all Belgian sites, ensuring the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies and driving forward-looking, sustainable solutions.
You will lead end-to-end delivery of Engineering projects ranging from Sustainable Energy to Operational & Utilities Engineering Upgrades and Construction projects, while maintaining good documentation practices.
The role involves managing and planning the site CAPEX budget, conducting feasibility studies, assessing construction safety risks, and mentoring staff to streamline project execution and closure.
