Job Summary
The Structural Manager will plan and manage all structural works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural frames while coordinating with architectural, M&E and civil teams.
This role involves leading and supervising structural engineers, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards, and enforcing Workplace Safety and Health regulations on site.
The manager will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, resolving technical construction issues, preparing documentation, and liaising with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities.
