5+ years manufacturing operations experience
2+ years supervisor or production lead role
Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma
Structured problem solving A3/8D methodologies
Ability to interpret technical documentation
MS Office proficiency including Excel and Project

Aircraft new product introduction experience
Experience with small electronic assembly and drones
Working knowledge of AS9100 standards

Key Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical field (preferred)
