Job Summary

  • The Experience Manager will lead the ideation, development, and execution of special events, features, and immersive activations ensuring our shows evolve with the industry.
  • Identify and build relationships with rising voices, niche sub-communities, and superfans, leveraging insights, tone, and trends to inform programming, activation, and audience touchpoints.
  • Own and manage budgets for education, events, activations, catering, lounges, staging, décor, speakers, AV, and production in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Event Director.
