4+ years corporate meeting and events experience
International event management expertise
Customer service and client interaction skills
Venue sourcing and meeting planning proficiency
Event management technology and Microsoft Office Suite
Third-party vendor management experience
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Nice-to-have
Strategic Meeting Management (SMM) program experience
CMP certification or equivalent industry credentials
Strong consultative approach and collaborative mindset
Experience with venue sourcing and contract review
Passion for building and nurturing client relationships
Key Requirements
