Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Project Management or Human Resources experience
  • At least 1 year of Process Improvement experience
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting internal business clients
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • 1+ year of Risk Management experience
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
