Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must be willing to work weekends from 2pm to 10:30pm and participate in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.
