Base: $83,000 – $108,885; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Employer Match, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.

Key Requirements
3+ years of progressive relevant work experience
Mechanical or electrical engineering education
Warranty fulfillment and good Frontline interactions
Basic office, SAP, MES, and ERP usage skills
Good technical understanding of designs
Resource planning and resource management skills
Project management skills and experience
Designing skills and ability to utilize latest design/drawing tools
