The Outdoor Adventures and Culture Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Culture and Outdoor Adventures Manager in all aspects of the operation to include overseeing the safe, informative, and enjoyable operation of cultural Jeep and UTV off-road tours, managing guides and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and serving as a central point of contact for guests and internal staff

Job Summary

  • The Outdoor Adventures and Culture Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Culture and Outdoor Adventures Manager in all aspects of the operation to include overseeing the safe, informative, and enjoyable operation of cultural Jeep and UTV off-road tours, managing guides and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and serving as a central point of contact for guests and internal staff.
  • Key responsibilities would include staff training and performance evaluation, conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining tour schedules, and managing logistics for tours and equipment.
