Base: $162,346.00 - $194,596.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus program and stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits including retirement, health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Doctorate degree or Master's with experience
3-5 years Medical Affairs experience
Travel up to 60% for territory management
Network with medical thought leaders
Communicate scientific and medical information
Nice-to-have
Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. preferred
Biotech or pharmaceutical company background
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to work 15-hour days due to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business apps
Key Requirements
Doctorate degree OR Master's + 3 years experience OR Bachelor's + 5 years experience
2 years proven experience in scientific or medical affairs at biotech/pharma
Must have ability to learn new business applications
