For Colorado residents: $191,800 - $225,700; For Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California residents: $211,100 - $248,300; For Northern California residents: $220,700 - $259,600; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, Generous PTO, 401K with Profit Sharing, Wellness program, Generous parental leave, 11 paid holidays

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in strategic planning, finance, analytics, or operations
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in people leadership
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis expertise
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong executive-level communication skills
• Strategic and critical thinking with strong execution orientation
