Job Summary
The position oversees all Banquet and Concessions functions to include coffee breaks, buffet, plated and reception events, concessions operations and all functions serving any Food & Beverage items.
Assist in maintaining all equipment cleanliness and conducting annual maintenance, and assist the Food & Beverage Department in maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours, with physical requirements including walking, stooping, lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for the duration of the shift.
