Lead quality management processes including new product introduction, process improvements, and coordination of audits and failure investigations.
Support value stream quality by managing process changes, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Science
Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in plastic molding, metal stamping, PCBA, die-cast, or hardening parts
Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949, and product safety standards
