The Distribution Center Shipping Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently shipping customer orders across Parcel, LTL, TL, and international channels.
This leader champions continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), manages key shipping performance metrics, and collaborates closely with Operations, Transportation/Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding service at the best possible cost.
