Job Summary
Provide leadership to a team of experienced underwriting analysts supporting a high growth Business Unit, driving operational excellence and championing continuous improvement.
Oversee development, training, and performance of employees, ensuring appropriate development plans and addressing performance improvement issues swiftly.
Partner with Operations and Underwriting leadership to assure business objectives are met, review operational metrics, and liaise with underwriting teams and brokers to resolve issues.
