Job Summary

  • To serve as the primary deputy to the Facilities Manager by providing strategic oversight of building operations, property services, and administrative functions—while acting as the central liaison between HSSE team, engineering teams, operational supervisors, Owners’ Representatives, and tenants.
  • The role ensures all activities comply with the Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), Building Management Ordinance (BMO), and client (CX) standards, and plays a key governance role in DMC-related processes.
