Job Summary

  • Lead cooperation between operations, technical, quality, logistics, finance, and engineering departments, and establish key partnerships with R&D and external stakeholders to ensure successful project and technology transfer.
  • Assess potential opportunities from both commercial and technical perspectives to determine their feasibility for execution, completing factory impact assessments (SIA) for potential transfer opportunities, including factory capacity, required investment, estimated costs, and time analysis.
  • Develop project plans, ensure acquisition of appropriate resources, monitor plan execution, and develop alternative plans for low-complexity projects, while establishing and supporting project teams.

  • Experience in validation and change control
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication skills
