Job Summary
Serve as the main contact for Fort Worth PDC dealer and customer inquiries, coordinating special order requests and answering questions related to order status.
Partner with various teams to resolve issues, work with logistics providers for shipment tracking, and collaborate with Quality leadership to communicate customer concerns.
Input, research, approve, or deny customer claims and material returns, and train customers on these processes.
