Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in new silicon development starting from the early stages of product definition.
Develop and support debugging of Probe and Final Test (FT) test solutions, including Probe and FT test hardware designs, ensuring both cost efficiency and product quality requirements are met.
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to improve product yields, test times, and test coverage to meet industry benchmark standards.

Key Requirements
Master degree in EE, Industrial Engineering, Communication or Automation
Excellent English (CET-6 or Similar) and Mandarin communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good skill at VBA preferred
Excellent logical analysis ability
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Data analysis and visualization experience (Power BI, Python) is a plus
PMP Certification in Project Management will be an advantage
