Must-have
CCNA level or equivalent expertise
Degree in communications/network engineering
Experience with IP data and circuit-switched connectivity
Troubleshooting GX service system issues
Knowledge of Cisco routers and protocol processors
Nice-to-have
CCNP qualification

Understanding of core Viasat products
Experience working on a shift pattern
