Must-have
10 years general contractor experience
5 years direct construction project involvement
Manufacturing or industrial sector expertise
Contract negotiation and bid preparation
Prime contract requirements understanding
Proficiency with Procore Bluebeam MS Project
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Willingness to travel for installation and start-up
Experience with food beverage pharmaceutical industries
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
