  • The Facilities Maintenance Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly efficient facility environment at the Raritan site in support of critical manufacturing operations.
  • This role oversees all aspects of facility management, including infrastructure, maintenance, and specialized functions such as HVAC, electrical systems, pest control, MRO, and Building Management System (BMS) ownership.

Salary

Base: $122,000.00 - $212,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

  • Experience working in cleanroom environments
