Must-have
7-10 years EHS experience in manufacturing or lab
Bachelor of Science degree in science or engineering
Knowledge of OSHA EPA and WA L&I regulations
Experience with biological safety BSL-1 and BSL-2
Ability to lead site audits and investigations
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in relevant discipline
Chemical or pharmaceutical industry background
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Proactive approach to EHS culture building
Key Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years EHS experience
Bachelor of Science degree required
RBP, CBP, CSP, CIH certifications desired
Six Sigma Certification (Green belt or above) preferred
