This strategic leadership role oversees a high-performing team of Transition Consultants & Support Specialists who facilitate seamless, complex transitions for financial advisors moving between divisions within our firm.
The Manager ensures a smooth, efficient, and personalized transition experience by driving cross-functional collaboration, maintaining strong advisor relationships, and executing with precision under tight deadlines.
In office days will be 3 per week in either our St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI Corporate Office.
