Salary
Base: $24.50 - $30.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
Industrial electrical up to 480V
Pneumatics and hydraulics troubleshooting
Preventive and predictive maintenance execution
Utility system operation and monitoring
Carpentry and facility repairs
Root cause analysis implementation
Nice-to-have
Plastics processing experience preferred
PLC ladder logic and I-O knowledge
Vision system setup and tuning
Mentoring entry-level team members
ISO/quality/environmental standards support
Lean/reliability initiative participation
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
