Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or incidents.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information while assisting with personal care, mobility, and medical preparation tasks.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
