Candidate must have good communication skills to work with the Global Cross functional teams, packagers and other channel partners to ensure the projects are delivered on time, meets quality and achieves cost targets.

Electrical design of genset packages
Experience with Creo and AutoCAD
Knowledge of electrical schematics and harnesses
Cross-functional team collaboration
Compliance with electrical regulations
Bill of Material management
Containerized genset packaging experience

Leadership in engineering projects
Strong communication skills
Design optimization for manufacturability
Knowledge of Generator and Control Systems
Experience with FMEA development

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering
8-10 years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree
6-8 years relevant experience with master’s degree
Proven experience in containerized genset packaging industry
