The Operations Manager has multiple direct reports including supervisors, front and back-office staff and is critical in ensuring their assigned clinic locations perform at or above defined operational, quality, and financial metrics.
As leader of your clinic location or multiple locations, you will be responsible for supervising all clinicians and non-clinician teammates at your locations and ensuring they properly complete their daily responsibilities.
