Must-have
5+ years Corporate Real Estate Strategy experience

Oversee hard and soft services delivery
Negotiate lease agreements and manage brokers
Nice-to-have
Hospitality experience preferred
Experience in fast-growing entrepreneurial organizations
Familiarity with global brokerage firms like CBRE
Strong interpersonal skills across cultural boundaries
Track record of implementing new processes
Key Requirements
At least 5 years managing Corporate Real Estate Strategy or facilities management
Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Facilities Management preferred
Proven ability to lead high-impact teams across diverse geographies
Experience in contract management, vendor partnerships, and lease negotiations
