Job Summary
This dual-role position begins as a Site Mechanical Engineer during the construction and commissioning phase of the industrial waste-to-energy plant, transitioning into O&M after COD.
Responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all mechanical systems in day-to-day operations.
Supervise mechanical personnel in the safe and timely execution of their duties, including repair and troubleshooting, and assist in training.
