Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Yardi software experience
Microsoft Office and Outlook software experience
EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications
2-4 years previous full-time work experience in apartment maintenance or trade
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
