Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years prototype manufacturing experience
  • 1 year blueprint reading experience
  • Setup and operation of CNC drilling milling grinding turning
  • Use of micrometers calipers indicators and gauges
  • Ability to lift push pull up to 35 lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Prior aerospace engines machining experience
  • Basic programming knowledge for editing programs
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
  • Experience in self-directed team environment
  • Understanding of manual machine operations

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3-5 years prototype manufacturing/machining experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience reading mechanical blueprints
