Job Summary

• We seek agile, high-performing professionals with proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) at the Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.
• Key responsibilities include analyzing change requirements, developing and executing change and communication strategies, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• This role requires advanced change management, business partnering, and communication skills to address complex business challenges.

• Prosci or APMG Change Management certification preferred
