Job Summary
Serve as an Esoteric resource between Laboratory Operations, instrument / service vendors, and local / corporate Procurement to ensure the maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment and that service/maintenance contracts are in place for equipment and base building services.
Manage the asset service contract process from initiation, renewal, to retirement ensuring all agreements are in place, including obtaining vendor quotes, internal approvals, processing purchase orders, and managing vendor invoicing.
