Job Summary

  • This role will be a champion to the reservations function, and will be pivotal in managing the hotels bookings to deliver exceptional guest experience.
  • You will work in parallel to other Front Office Duty Managers, as well as train Guest Service Agents in the process of managing group bookings and room allocations, as well as processing commissions form third party bookings.
