  • Lead attraction and selection processes for key project positions, coordinating with operations teams for advanced talent requirement planning.
  • Design and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs (health, recreation, psychosocial support, corporate events) and manage critical social cases.

  • MBA or Master's in HR (desirable)
