Act as the 'Voice of the Field,' working cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, Operations, Strategy, Enablement, and Product to secure necessary resources and alignment.
Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and proactively recommend actions to improve performance, translating complex data into actionable insights.
