This role involves reconciling benefit payments to the General Ledger, validating vendor interfaces, preparing COBRA payments, and leading benefit audits.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or Business Related Field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years comprehensive Accounting, analytical and reporting experience in Benefits Administration
Experience reviewing Contracts, Plan Documents, SPDs, Union Collective Bargaining Agreements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
