Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or Business Related Field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years comprehensive Accounting, analytical and reporting experience in Benefits Administration
  • Experience reviewing Contracts, Plan Documents, SPDs, Union Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
