Job Summary
The role is responsible for defining, reviewing, implementing, and overseeing the IWMF-wide Workplace, Health and Safety (WSH) strategy and plans with the aim towards zero-accidents.
Responsibilities include planning, developing, and executing a comprehensive WSH roadmap and governance framework, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, and overseeing incident investigations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, writing, analytical, and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree and significant professional experience in the WSH field.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in WSH, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field

Valid licence as a registered WSH Safety Officer with MOM (preferably)
