As a member of the site leadership team, you will be an active contributor to the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) goals for the business unit, leading the Steam Turbine cell.
Utilizes lean methodologies to drive SQDC for the Steam Turbine Cell lowering risk and increasing speed of delivery, managing schedules, parts, cost control, and employee populations.

Base: $104,200.00 - $173,700.00; Bonus/Equity: ineligible; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, disability benefits, life insurance, 12 paid holidays, permissive time off
