Job Summary

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the HR service.
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to managers on people matters, leading and managing complex processes including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and capability issues.
